Exceptionalities Inc. is a community-based rehabilitation services company, founded and operated by rehabilitation professionals.

We deliver an exceptional standard of therapeutic care through an experienced team of speech-language pathologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and social workers.

Exceptionalities was founded in response to a growing need for quality, experienced rehab service companies in the home care/community based sector, and our core group of clinicians have all provided exceptional services in the community for many years, averaging 15-25 years or more experience.  We are proud of our therapists reputation’s for excellence in service delivery, and pride ourselves in partnering with those professionals who truly care about the clients they serve and who have the skills necessary to provide a superior level of rehabilitative care.  If this sounds like you, please review our “Career Opportunities” section.

*NOTE: Posted Sept 2008: We have immediate openings across all disciplines, both adult services and paediatric, part-time, full time  (you choose),  above market compensation for qualified clinicians (we value the expertise of our therapists and as a result pay the best rates available in the community sector). Set your own hours and days of work; we work around you! Interviews ongoing throughout 2008-9 for both immediate positions and future openings for Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers and Speech Language Pathologists.
