REHABILITATION SERVICES COORDINATORS REHABILITATION SERVICES MANAGER Current position filled. Potential for new positions for Coordinators of rehabilitation services in 2013. These positions are staff positions at our Newmarket office location, shifts between the hours of 8:30 - 6:30, Monday-Saturday. There is also one potential Rehabilitation Services Manager position for 2013. These roles cover various duties, including but not limited to: · Service Coordination: Review, processing and assignment of new referral requests generated from current CCAC contracts, · Assisting with billing and statistical records of business, budget and financials

· Assisting Managing Director with research and preparation of educational events for our therapy team and other information collection as required · Ongoing short-term and longer-term research projects (related to therapeutic resource development, human resources, and other projects as they arise) · Assisting Managing Director with program and procedural review and development · Possible in-home interview role and assessment of private client needs · Assisting the Managing Director with general business operations, recruitment initiatives, promotional projects and other duties as directed
The successful applicant should have experience working in the health care sector and strong interpersonal skills. Additional assets include computer skills, the ability to work independently, and superior organizational skills. A degree in a Rehabilitation discipline, MBA or Nursing is required. The professional applicant should possess a current registration with their applicable Ontario College.
