About Us

Cheryl Skory Suma is the founder of Exceptionalities and is a registered Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with both the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO), and the Ontario Association of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (OSLA). She graduated with her Masters of Health Sciences in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Toronto following a B.Sc. from the University of Western in Honors Psychology and  brings over 17 years of community-based rehabilitation service delivery experience to the company. Recognizing a need for high quality client-centered service delivered by experienced, caring professionals, Cheryl formed Exceptionalities Inc in order to provide a new option for exceptional rehabilitation services in York Region and the surrounding area.  She is proud of her contracted therapy providers and the level of expertise and commitment they bring to every client.   Cheryl lives in York Region with her husband and two young children.
