Exceptionalities offers our contracted rehabilitation providers the opportunity to work in the community care setting, providing adult and/or paediatric services in clients’ homes, schools, and long-term care facilities. The caseloads are diverse and positions are contracted to suit the provider’s availability, from one to five days/week. Our health care providers set their own schedules and hours of work and are supported by a team of Lead Clinicians and Managers who are all experienced, registered professionals in the appropriate discipline. Providers are contracted on a per “visit” basis, with superior, top of the market compensation rates. All contracts include additional hourly compensation for any required meetings, and educational sessions are offered free of charge throughout the year. We hire clinicians to provide the majority of their services in a pre-selected geographical regions in order to reduce travel times and provide provider consistency to our clients. Exceptionalities is currently accepting applications for openings for 2011-12 across all rehabilitation disciplines with possible areas of practice as follows: York Region (entire), North York (Toronto), South Simcoe (includes Alliston, Everett, Tottenham etc). All positions require a minimum of 5 years experience, a vehicle to travel to client’s homes, and a true passion for your profession! ________________________________________________ Speech Language Pathologists : Interviewing for future positions in Sept 2012, child and youth services. Physiotherapists : Interviewing for immediate positions as well as future openings on the Adult Services Team. Occupational Therapists : Interviewing for immediate positions on the Adult and Paediatric Teams, as well as future openings. Social Workers : Interviewing for one immediate part-time position opening.
